Let me point this seminar organized by the Coaching Club Emilia Romagna (of which I am one) and Marche to be held February 25, 2010, 
by 15.30 to 18.30 , at the House of Cultures of Knowledge Square, Via Porrettana 360 - Casalecchio di Reno (BO).
The theme is "The resilience to resist and grow in adversity. How to train at work, in school, love, sports, thanks to coaching."
But what resilience?
Resilience is a philosophical and psychological capacity that allows individuals and organizations to react to defeat, to grow in adversity, to persevere in their goals, to address the difficulty for self-realization. Resilience is linked all'autoefficacia, optimism and hope. It then becomes in times of difficulty or crisis, individual or social, or organizational role, an important lever to the identification of strategies, resources, business models and new ways of thinking and more effective.
