My clients ask me about the company, but what distinguishes those who succeed at work and who does not?
Well, apart from the case due to the success of the "B side" (which in the short term may help some, but not in the long term, there does not pay ..) I would say that we can remember 5, alongside its translation in terms of potential.
1. Recovery in adversity and disappointments, which is a high level of hope
2. Keep joy and positive energy, which is a high level of perseverance
3. Commitment and passion, which is a high level of excellence and vitality love
4. Reaction to their mistakes and difficulties, which is a high level of critical thinking
5. Give value to their work and be consistent with their beliefs, or a high level of integrity .
As you can see, no mention of technical expertise, well of course important, but with potential, are present, if the context so permits, in all areas of a person's life.
at work can find a very privileged way of expression and this can be done to the Leader.
