It was concluded recently in the splendid setting of Rome, at the headquarters of 
S CHOOL Italian Association of Life & ; Corporate Coaching the seminar aimed at updating professional coaches on "The Corporate Coaching and Leadership." Scientific Director and the rapporteur Dr. Luca Stanchieri, President of 'Association of Italian professional coaches.
S CHOOL Italian Association of Life & ; Corporate Coaching the seminar aimed at updating professional coaches on "The Corporate Coaching and Leadership." Scientific Director and the rapporteur Dr. Luca Stanchieri, President of 'Association of Italian professional coaches. The core group of participants, including myself, was able to form 18 to 20 September on the following topics:
- Definition of Corporate Coaching;
- The Coaching Company:
- The complexity of the life of the coach within organizations;
- Analysis of the culture of the group;
- The model of Positive Coaching Leadership;
- The Team Coaching;
- Levels of evaluating the company in the coach;
Obviously it was the methodology and philosophy of Humanistic Coaching model, which provide a strong connection between the theoretical and the level of action.

The great experience, personally and professionally, can only confirm the importance of the meeting, the study of continuous improvement, especially for those who chose the report qualified as a profession.
